white wine cream sauce flavored with garlic and shallots, served over wilted

Shoulder Tenderloin – seasoned with Montreal
steak seasoning and grilled to order. Served sliced au jus..
Grilled Pork Mignon – A center cut boneless pork chop wrapped with
bacon, grilled and topped with a sauté of mushrooms, onions and kalamata
olives, sprinkled with feta cheese.
Fish and Chips ~ Fresh fish fillet deep
fried and served with French fries and tartar sauce.
Grilled Salmon – Grilled fillet of salmon
topped with our house made shallot butter.
Southern Fried Catfish – fillet of catfish dredged in our southern
fry mix, deep fried and served with Cajun aioli.
