Baked Stuffed Scallops ~ Fresh sea scallops topped with our seafood stuffing and baked with butter and sherry.

 

Baked Stuffed Shrimp ~ Two jumbo shrimp stuffed with our shrimp and crab dressing.

 

Chicken Florentine  ~  A boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a white wine cream sauce flavored with garlic and shallots, served over wilted spinach

 

Scribners Scampi ~ 4 jumbo shrimp sautéed in butter and sherry with tomatoes, onions, garlic, capers and Italian herbs . Served over linguini.

 

Shoulder Tenderloin – seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning and grilled to order. Served sliced au jus..


Grilled Pork Mignon – A center cut boneless pork chop wrapped with bacon, grilled and topped with a sauté of mushrooms, onions and kalamata olives, sprinkled with feta cheese.

 

Fish and Chips ~ Fresh fish fillet deep fried and served with French fries and tartar sauce.

 

Grilled Salmon – Grilled fillet of salmon topped with our house made shallot butter.

 

Southern Fried Catfish – fillet of catfish dredged in our southern fry mix, deep fried and served with Cajun aioli.
