Chicken Florentine ~ A boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a white wine cream sauce flavored with garlic and shallots, served over wilted spinach

Scribner’s Scampi ~ 4 jumbo shrimp sautéed in butter and sherry with tomatoes, onions, garlic, capers and Italian herbs . Served over linguini.

Shoulder Tenderloin – seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning and grilled to order. Served sliced au jus..

Grilled Pork Mignon – A center cut boneless pork chop wrapped with bacon, grilled and topped with a sauté of mushrooms, onions and kalamata olives, sprinkled with feta cheese.
